What we collect, and what we do not

Who is behind this website

CrescitaHR is a product being built and taken to market by [Your full legal name], operating from [City, State], India. There is no incorporated company behind it yet — one is being formed, and this page will be updated with the registered name, address and identification numbers when it exists.

We say this plainly because a privacy notice that does not tell you who is answerable is not a notice. Until the company exists, the person named above is the Data Fiduciary and is personally answerable for the commitments on this page.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only. It does not cover the CrescitaHR application itself: when you become a customer, we process your employees' personal data as a Data Processor on your instructions, and that relationship is governed by the data processing terms in your contract rather than by this page.

In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information you send us through this website, and you are the Data Principal.

What we collect, and only when you send it

We collect personal data in exactly one place on this website: the enquiry form on the contact page. Nothing is collected if you simply read the site.

• Your name — so a reply can be addressed to a person.
• Your work email address — so we can reply at all.
• Your organisation — so we can scope an answer to your situation.
• Your headcount, if you choose to give it — optional, used to quote accurately.
• Anything you type into the message field — please do not put your employees' personal data in it.

What we do not do

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter or an automated sequence. If you have not asked us a question, we will not email you.

Why we process it, and on what basis

The only purpose is to respond to the enquiry you sent and to carry on that conversation. We rely on your consent, which you give by choosing to submit the form, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us — withdrawal is as easy as giving it was.

We do not use your enquiry to train models, to profile you, or to make any automated decision about you.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches the people who will answer it, and nobody else. We do not currently run a customer-relationship system; when we adopt one it will act as our Data Processor under contract, unable to use your data for its own purposes, and this page will say so before that happens.

Our website hosting provider necessarily handles the request that carries your enquiry. We will name our hosting provider on request. We do not otherwise transfer your enquiry outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so that we have context if you come back to us. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have processed it.
• Have it corrected, completed or updated if it is wrong.
• Have it erased, where we are not required to keep it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
• Have a grievance heard and answered by us before you escalate it.

How to raise a grievance

Write to our grievance officer at the address on this page. We will acknowledge within seventy-two hours and respond substantively within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over TLS and are accessible only to the people who need to answer them. We would rather tell you plainly that no transmission is perfectly secure than claim a guarantee we cannot give.

Changes

If we start using cookies, analytics or any other tracking, this notice will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
