Courses with modules, quizzes and a passing score
Each course carries a syllabus of modules, each with content items — video, document, quiz or assignment — a configurable passing score, and classroom, virtual, hybrid or self-paced delivery.
Progress tracked per module, not per course
Progress, time spent and last-visited are held per enrolment per module. Completion flips automatically when every module hits 100% and the final assessment passes.
Certificates with public verification
Certificates are issued from HTML templates, snapshotted at issue, and verifiable by certificate number at a public URL with no login — so a client or a regulator can check one directly.
Kirkpatrick-mapped effectiveness
Reaction, learning and behaviour levels are mapped to real metrics: average rating, average score, and an automatic skill re-rating prompt three to six months after training.
Cost per completion and time to competency
Training ROI reports on completion rate, pass rate, cost per completion, skill uplift and days from enrolment to intermediate proficiency.
Knowledge base with full-text search
Self-service articles with categories, tags, view counts and full-text search across title, tags and body — the deflection layer in front of the helpdesk.
