Terms
Terms of use for this website
These govern the website you are reading. The software itself is supplied under a separate signed agreement, and nothing here varies it.

Draft — not yet in force. There is no incorporated company yet, the operator’s details below are placeholders, and this text has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must not be relied on until all three are resolved.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by [Your full legal name] from [City, State], India. A company is in the course of being formed to carry on the business; until it is, any agreement would be with the individual named here, and we will tell you that before you sign anything rather than after.
We are not currently able to raise a GST invoice. If input tax credit matters to your procurement, wait for the entity to be registered — we would rather say that now than at the end of a purchase order.
These terms cover the website, not the product
These terms govern your use of this marketing website. They are not the terms on which the CrescitaHR software is supplied — that is a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website forms part of it or varies it.
Nothing here is an offer or a warranty
The prices, capabilities and timelines described on this website are indicative and are provided for information. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Prices are stated in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, and may change. A quotation issued to you in writing prevails over anything published here.
Compliance is a shared responsibility
CrescitaHR is software that helps you compute and file Indian statutory payroll. It does not transfer your legal obligations to us. You remain the employer and the person responsible under the Income-tax Act, the EPF & MP Act, the ESI Act, the applicable state professional tax and labour welfare fund legislation and every other statute that applies to you.
Nothing on this website is tax, legal, accounting or actuarial advice. Statutory rules change, and configuration choices made by you affect what the software computes. You should have your own chartered accountant or counsel review your filings.
References on this site to an audit of our payroll engine describe an internal quality exercise conducted for us. They are not a certification, an assurance engagement, or an opinion issued to you, and they do not warrant the correctness of any particular filing you make.
Our content
The text, layout and design of this website belong to us. You may read, print and share it for your own evaluation. You may not republish it as your own or use it to train a model without our written permission.
Availability and liability
We do not promise that this website will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a website visitor is nil.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
