Transparent pricing
Priced on the page, not after three calls

Prices are indicative and exclude any taxes that apply. They are not an offer capable of acceptance — a written quotation prevails. CrescitaHR helps you compute and file Indian statutory payroll; it does not assume your obligations under it. You remain the employer responsible for your filings, and nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice.
- Prices are per employee per month. Taxes extra where applicable.
- Every module is included in every paid tier — there is no separate licence for recruitment, learning or expense.
- Annual commitment pricing applies to Growth and Scale.
- Implementation and data migration are quoted separately for Scale and Enterprise.
Getting live
Four steps, and we do not skip the parallel run
Most payroll implementation disasters are a first live run nobody reconciled. We reconcile against your last approved cycle before anything is filed.
Master data
Departments, designations, locations, shifts, leave types, salary structures and statutory registrations. Bulk import from your existing system.
Parallel run
We run one full cycle alongside your current payroll and reconcile line by line against your last approved run before anything is filed.
Statutory setup
PF, ESI, PT and LWF registrations mapped by state and entity, TDS opening balances loaded, year-to-date carried forward.
Go live
First live run with our payroll team on the call. Workflows, roles and field masking configured to your approval matrix.
Questions
The ones that come up on every call
Is Indian statutory payroll included, or is it an add-on?
Included. PF, ESI, multi-state professional tax, LWF, TDS, Form-16, Form-24Q with corrections, Form-12BA, Form-3A, Form-10C, Section 89(1) with Form 10E, gratuity by state and Bonus Act computation are part of the platform at every paid tier.
What is actually in the price?
All 63 modules. Recruitment, learning, performance, expense, helpdesk and project delivery are not separately licensed. Scale adds workflow studio, GL posting and multi-entity; those are the only capabilities gated by tier.
How long does implementation take?
Master data setup and a parallel payroll run are the two real constraints. Most mid-market implementations complete inside four to six weeks, and we do not go live without reconciling a full parallel cycle against your last approved run.
Can we run this on our own infrastructure?
An on-premise deployment option is available at the Enterprise tier. The platform ships as Docker containers and uses versioned migrations, so an on-premise environment is reproducible rather than hand-built.
Do you have customers we can talk to?
No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — we are pre-launch and have no customers yet. What we can give you instead is the CA-audit closure report, the penetration test report under NDA, and a parallel run against your own payroll data, which is stronger evidence than a reference call.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. Employee master, payroll history, payslips, statutory returns and the audit trail are all exportable, and the retention module governs what is held and for how long.
